Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–5 business days
- Freight Delivery (large orders) — 7–14 business days. A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Flooring is a heavy product — for large orders, freight shipping may be required and will be quoted accordingly.
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Eligibility is displayed at checkout.
Freight Shipments
Orders containing large quantities of flooring are shipped via freight carrier on a pallet. Please note the following:
- Freight deliveries are curbside only unless a premium inside delivery option is selected at checkout.
- You will need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the shipment.
- Please inspect all boxes before signing. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
- A valid phone number is required so the carrier can schedule your delivery window.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@madefloors.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@madefloors.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
